Hidden pictures

Blue/red glasses can be used not only for watching 3D pictures - you can use them for example for reading hidden texts. If you want to then let's go to create hidden pictures and messages.

Visible picture What do you need? A picture to hide and an encoding picture. For the beginning you can use pictures from this page - the picture with red dots is for encoding and the second one - with a greece temple - we will hide. You can save these pictures to your disk - just click to them by a right button of mouse and select Save picture.
Encoding picture To create a hidden picture is very easy. Just start 3DJournal software, load the temple as the left image and the encoding picture as the right one. Now press the button for creating of 3D picture. Watch the final picture without glasses and then use the left eye with 3D glasses (left is red).

Your own pictures
The encoding picture should content only red colors (the red part of color is 255, the other ones are equal - for example 10, 50 etc.). You can use our encoding picture (and combine more of them to create a bigger one) or create your own one.
Encoded picture The picture you want hide should be black and white (or gray), there shouldn't be big dark areas. It could be not only image - but the text as well. The picture to hide and the encoding one should be the same size.
An encrypted message If you want to do experiments you can create a cyan (blue and green) encoding picture and then use the right eye to decode it. Don't forget that then you have to load the encoding picture as the left one to the 3DJournal software.
You can create two different black and white pictures and combine them as well. And then watch the first one with the left eye and the second one with the right eye. We wish you fine experiments...
